Due to changes in topography, golf holes have unequal distances. Usually this unequal distance is divided into three types: long, medium and short. Among the 18 holes, there are four long and short-distance holes each, and ten medium-distance holes. In a mixed arrangement, most of a court will be distributed evenly in the pool (one penalty shot in the water) and OB (out of bounds two penalty shots). White wooden stakes will be erected next to the OB line. The hole can be divided into long grass area, fairway area, bunker and so on. Each court has its own rules.
Most of the golf hole divisions are: 4 par-3 holes, 10 par-4 holes, and 4 par-5 holes. The standard for clubs is no more than 14 clubs as the upper limit. Generally golfers will use a tee wood. Two fairway woods, nine irons, a putter and a special purpose club.
The number of pars at different distances: 5 strokes above 431 meters. 4 shots from 430.9 meters to 229.1 meters. 3 shots below 229 meters. The setting of the court par is based on the overall distance and distribution of the fairway. Usually it’s an 18-hole par 72, and occasionally there is a par 70 or 71 course. In professional golf, one game is usually more than four rounds. The women’s team usually has three rounds.
